Im gaining weight like. Razy these days, and i can't Handel it, i feel hopless, and i need help. Big time
Join a gym? Or maybe a yoga class nearby? Because starting it and selfmotivating is EXTREMELY difficult. Especially since the results are usually pretty slow. Then you can start jogging and light cardio by urself as well. Plus being around people who care about their health encourages you to eat healthier as well. First and foremost is changing your eating habits, quit processed foods and sodas altogether.
