54kg for your height is 0.1 above being anorexic on the BMI scale which you really don't want to go down that route. Honestly just eat lots of good proteins like chicken/fish/beef with some sort of carbs alongside it like brown rice and fats like nuts and all others like salmon which is also a protein and you'll start to lose weight.
Although you said you don't want to start going to gym I would suggest it because you could do some weights which is one of the best ways to lose weight do squats and deadlifts for a start both whole body movements which burn a lot more calories than running on a treadmill in less time. To start I'd find out how many calories a day you're supposed to eat then just fit the proteins/carbs/fats in from there with abit of gym you'll lose weight but also become a lot healthier than just starving yourself to lose weight.

5 litres a day? That's a lot of water you will pee constantly lol.
All I can say is get into running and you will lose the weight fast.
It takes about two weeks commitment to really get good at running but if you run every day after two weeks you will see some serious difference.
Also I'll just say don't religiously look at scales, it's really silly and nieve people do this.
Scales don't tell you that you have lost lots of fat and gained muscle.
You might be the same weight but have lost lost of fat and gained muscle but because you are so focused on losing overall weight you change your diet even though it was working well.
Trust me check your weight every now and again but judge yourself by looking in the mirror.
Scales don't tell you very much unless your obese and actually need to lose weight.
54kg? And you're 5'7, that is a very unhealthy weight to aspire to. What you eat makes more of a difference than the exercise so do the best you can to plan healhy meals and don't snack on crap.

Drink more water and avoid sodium in order to help get rid of water retention. I do that a week before a show.

Try avoiding high caloric goods and keep track of what you eat using the fitnesspal app. You should be able to determine how many calories you take in and how many you'll need to lose weight. Avoid fast food cause they have a lot of calories in it. A big mac has approximately 500 calories, while your daily goal is somewhere around 1700" I want to lose weight as fast as possible"
That's how people fail at weight loss. It has to be a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. If you're serious about weight loss, take your time and do it right for however long it takes.
