Is this excercise and diet plan fine?

I had lost around 20 kgs, by playing badminton, eating home food, fruits and vegetables, green tea, hot water, I use to also have once in a month pizza. I was very comfortable with it, but because of these last 7-8 months my whole routine has gotten spoilt, as my new college has started and I don't get time to play badminton and I became lazy. But as I saw my weight most of my weight is back, I want to kill myself, please help. Since last two weeks, I tried getting back to my routine and started properly with badminton and I will also start doing crunches, planks and squats. Before playing badminton, I jog or cycle or skip sometimes. I checked my weight it had increased like 5 kgs more, I want to lose weight as fast as possible, I aspire to be an actress. My height is 5''7 and I want my weight to be 54. Please help me what should I do? And please don't say start with gym, it doesn't suit me. I have water retention too, so I try having more of water too, like I am gonna start having 4-5 litres a day.

I don't even have cheese, butter, bread and all the desserts and all.
