its simple, EAT RIGHT. you can burn soooooooo much fat by just eating right. OK ill paint a picture for you, your liver... it has two jobs: burn fat, and "clean" blood. now these are two HUGE tasks. just think, the more bad things you eat the more harmful preservitives go into your body and blood stream. the more things you eat with a high concertration or preservitives the harder your liver has to work to clean your blood. the harder your liver works to clean blood the less time it has to burn fat. so the quick and easy solution is to eat natural things. fruits, nuts, and other things with natural things in them. oh, and one thing NOT to do. DO NOT stop eating, when you do that your body is scared your going to starve so to keep this from happening it stores fat. and as far as exersize goes, you don't need much. you can burn fat by eating right, and with simple AB exersizes you can burn that belly fat and tone your mid section. Jump ROPE...seriously...you burn so many calories doing that than any other exercises..
and to the dude that answered sex...haha it only burns 350 calories..depends on the pos... jumping rope for 10 min a day ..can burn serious calories..but you do have to eat right, find out how many calories you eat in a day...then eat 2 to 300 less to cut down on fat... ..
if you wanna lose more..than cut down even more on the calorie intake...once you get a good paattern down..then increase your jump roping sessions too.
- cut out simple carbohydrates from your diet and get plenty of complex carbohydrates
-have lots of protein so you have the energy to workout and your body has the ability to heal itself after workouts
-drink lots of water, with lemon if you can- it helps reduce belly fat
- eat spicy foods, caffeine and cinnamon- they speed up your metabolism allowing you to lose weight quicker (but in moderation) because too much isn't good for you
- do lots of cardio because it burns fat all over your body and all at once, things like; running, walking, jogging, sprinting, doing quick laps around a pool, jumping jacks, jumping rope (basically anything that gets your heart racing)
- reward yourself when you reach certain goals to keep you motivated
lots & lots of cardio! also try makin a playlist & just dancin ya butt off to it! it doesn't matter if ya can't dance just do whatever comes natural. I got a 10$ kick boxin & dancin dvd from wal-mart. its awesome. also start off walkin, then joggin, then runnin. or swimmin laps. jump ropin, ridin a bike. any kind of sports where you're constantly active. walkin/ runnin up & down stairs... also ya mentioned ya arms jigglin so maybe the shake weight? & push ups. also regular crunches mixed with side crunches. good luck to ya. :) stay healthy

Eat less and jog or cycle it works it's also simple
its more what you eat and drink, then what you do exercise wise.
just cut out all fatty foods, junk food, exc... cutting out carbs is stupid. just eat organic and healthy all around and you'll be finestick to fish/chicken, veggies, and fruit, and that's it!
