Your mom doesn't sound like she's losing weight in a healthy way. As in She sounds like she is just starving herself in a bad way. When you eat your wanting to eat meals that are filling so that your body doesn't feel hungry. Plus to eat 3-4 hours between each meal. I would look up more nutrition facts and point out to her what she is doing is not the correct way of going at losing weight in a healthy way.

Maybe you could ask her for a food allowance, so you can stock up on your own food, keep it separate from the kitchen area, and your mother won't feel tempted to eat it. I have a box with some food in my room, for a similar reason.
But it might be good to remind your mom to be healthy as well, if the doctor is asking you about an eating disorder and the meals are that small. :/
Has your mum figured out that you can still lose weight even if you eat full meals? Tell her you'll start exercising and get her to make healthy meals
