I have seen the positive effect that FITNESS has on drug addicts lives. Although, too many don't take advantage of this approach.
A thing for addicts to consider is that most fitness gyms, especially smaller "boxes" are tight nit and very supportive. The members are often also holistically healthy and stay away from one too many drinks let alone drugs.
They say don't replace one addiction with another. But let's face it... there are so many individuals who are a little obsessed with being fit and they function just fine in society.
