Health Nut Smoothies?

What are some good healthy smoothies that use kale? I love kale and I'm a total health nut! But I can never find the right blend that matches kale an almond milk. The best one that I have found yet was almond milk vanilla bean shavings almonds apple and kale! Anyone know any other good ones?

Have you tried your smoothies without almond milk? I'm a vegan health nut, and I actually prefer my smoothies with just water. I don't find the taste of any milks go well with fruits and veggies for some reason. I'll give you a list of my favourite smoothie mixtures. Be warned though, I'm all about simplicity. I like just being able to taste each fruit, unlike my mom who mixes a little bit of every fruit we have lmao.
Smoothie 1: Four oranges and a fuck load of kale.
Smoothie 2: A whole pineapple with kale.
Smoothie 3: Kale, three bananas, whole carton of blackberries.
Smoothie 4: Kale, and another load of peeled kiwis. Or not peeled if you're freaky like that lmao.
I can go on forever! I usually just toss in the blender whatever we have just laying around the kitchen. Try your smoothie without any milk though, I find it tastes much better with water instead. I prefer citrusy fruit with my greens too, and almond milk and citrus just don't mesh well lol.

I need to have milk in the smoothies that I drink I am lactose and tolerant and the lactose milk I had an allergic reaction to. I tried almond milk and that's the only type of dairy I can have but it has to be mixed with something and that's the only way I get dairy in my body.

lol you're lactose intolerant because you aren't a baby cow, that's not exactly a bad thing. Humans aren't even meant to drink milk after infancy anyway. I don't drink almond milk, milk, cheese, or any type of dairy product and my calcium levels are fine. Just eat your greens. Get cronometer. com too, it allows you to see your vitamin and nutrient levels so you can keep track of how much calcium you're getting from a day to day basis. Trust me, your body can sustain itself entirely on fruits and veggies. Meat and dairy are just extra things that you can have if you want, but they're in no way imperative to your health.

maybe kiwi or other greens such as spinach alfafa (did I spell that right)? I used to go to a nutrition store that sold these shakes made from kale and that is what they used. I don't remember the ingredients as its been a long time since I shopped there. For almond milk, regular milk might work. Not sure. Maybe taro as well.

I don't really know what kale would taste like but I mix almond milk with wild blueberries that I blend with it and I put coconut oil or some kind of oil in there healthy fats. And generally I put some of my protein powder mixed in their as well
