i live a very active life. m a football (soccer) player. and i work out regularly.. but i still gain no weight.
i do not in any case feel weak, i m strong. and the fastest.
i dont get sick either. but i look skinny.
i just want to look better!
Either consume a lot more calories or ditch soccer. Soccer burns a lot of calories, and you need to consume a lot of excess calories to gain weight. Make sure they're healthy calories.
I've gained 10 lbs in the past 30 days do to eating 3110 cals/day, I went from 130-140. Working up to 165. I lift 5x a week. I use reddit. com/r/gainit for advice

its easy... eat more. what answer are you expecting? a magical medicine that makes you put on weight? the only way to gain weight is eat in a caloric surplus..
Eat more!!! I eat 7 to 8 meals a day bout 6000 to 7000 calories when I'm trying to put on mass
You also have to lift weights and cut out the cardio or cut down at least
