I can't find my way around the kitchen

I have a couple recipes that I am really good at making. I put Turmeric in all of my dishes because it is merely flavorless and healthy for you!
1) Slow cooker meatloaf (specialty) - I put the ketchup mix (has different sauces) on and then bake the meatloaf in the oven for a couple minutes. The top of the meatloaf looks like a lady bug.
2) Mahogany Beef Stew (this one requires a lot of prep and work). Red wine and hoisin sauce are important ingredients!
3) Baked Spaghetti Squash with Vodka Sauce. Let the spaghetti squash ripen for 3-5 days after purchase. Not many people tell you that. I learned the hard way. Everyone asks me to make this all the time.
4) Honey Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken. The trick is to cut the chicken into thin pieces to all the juices can absorb in it. I learned the hard way.
5) Chicken and dumplings - I put wine in my dumplings and I make the dough from scratch.
6) Spaghetti (specialty) I put hamburger meat, mushrooms, and brown sugar to make it sweet.
7) Bourbon chicken. I use apple cider vinegar with this
8) Corn soufflé. I messed up the first 2 times on this but I got it mastered.

On the meatloaf, I put the ketchup and other sauces mixed in it and bake it in the oven after it has been in the slow cooker for 6 hours.

My mom taught me how to make her special spaghetti. I learned the rest from Pinterest and my sister's mother-in-law. After I learned each recipe, I tweaked it a little with something new. Like a different way of making it or a different spice. The only one I didn't tweak is my mother's spaghetti recipe.

Modesty aside hell yeah, everyone like my cooking 😊 I love cooking and trying new recipes. I even got a bunch of friends who have been trying to convince me to enter master chef and I will do it except I will probably slap Gordon if he say something mean to me lol.
My specialty is galumplins, chicken and mushrooms, seafood consome, Vietnamese chicken, Mexican tacos, stuffed eggplant and red peppers.

I think I'm a good cook. Most of the time I try to eat simple, clean and raw. But when Ido make something it's always fun because vegan dishes can be super complicated
