Healthy/ Diet foods to eat?

I need some foods that are healthy and will help lose weight. I just started noticing that I'm getting a little muffin top, I don't know if it's from bloating or fat. I don't eat a lot throughout the day I normally have a snack and then dinner. So any tips on what to do, what do eat, exercise routines? And did these things help you lose weight and how long did it take for you to notice changes?
