If you'd like, eat grapefruit every once in a while... The nutrients in grapefruit actually help you lose weight.
And try not to eat late dinners... Eating right before bed puts food into your stomach and then slows you metabolism (cuz you're sleeping) before you can digest the food. This stores more into fat. So eating an earlier dinner and removing midnight snacks can help a lot.
