Having good posture will engage more muscles. As far as how many calories that will burn, probably not much. With simply living though, you'll have less aches and pains and an easier time losing weight in other ways.

Generally, having good posture will not make you lose weight. It will however make you appear taller and slimmer if you maintain good posture.
