How long is too long to talk to yourself?

lol talking to urself is certainly healthy but too much of anything is unhealthy nd in this case what I don't understand is how do u have 7+ hours or even 2 whole hours free to talk to urself... anyway about an hour is fine but not more than that, instead to it out to the people close to u.

I guess it really depends on how long you're alone for. Sometimes that's all you can do. But it's not really healthy if you're talking to yourself by choice instead of socializing. Do you need a friend to talk to?
