Was this guy literally high/ stoned?

So I was in line inside a 7-11 about to pay for gas, and I noticed this guy in front of me. He was fidgety, saying random stuff, looking everywhere but he didn't seem nervous. He also had a few cuts on his hands. He also bought a ridiculous amount of food . 3 pizzas and some chips and two bottles of a drink. So was he stoned or high on drugs? And when he slid his debit or credit card, his hand was incredibly shakey.

He probably was stoned

I doubt that he was stoned. Weed doesn't make you shaky at all, just calmer with slower movements. Must have been some other drug, or maybe he's just a weirdo who didn't eat in a really long time and that's why he was shaky and hungry? lmao

It's impossible to say. Maybe he has a physical or mental illness and the medication makes him jittery or he has Parkinsons.

Highly unlikely that weed would do that to you (I assume you're referring to weed since you used the word "stoned"). He was either on some hard core stuff, or just a bad case of the jitters. His age is a factor as well.

Well it is, but it's just mainly used by those who smoke weed. But there's a good chance he was high on something, that or he just had some physical issues due to age or something.

I don't think that just because a person is stoned, that they are shakey/fidgety.

Depends on the drugs. Heroin and Cocaine could definitely make you fidgety

Doesn't it depend on the drug they used? I've never been high on anything so... I don't know.

Unless they used a good amount of it, sure. But if they only used a little, I doubt they would be.

Also, a person is VERY fidgety when they're in withdrawal from any type of narcotic
