I'm 5 feet 9 (1,76 m) and 110 pounds (50 kilos) and have had a problem with my weight for some time ... if anything I keep losing some. I know it's what every girl wants; to be slim, but I don't like it. I'm tall and I have skinny legs, skinny arms and because of losing even more weight my boobs got smaller and so did my butt. I don't eat junk food because I have a healthy life style, and because it literally makes me sick. I started on this 5 meals per day plus snacks, I only hope it will help + plenty of exercices, running and biking. Any other ideas?
