Yes, you need to start lifting weights, and not light ones. Exercise at 60% of the maximum weight you can lift once for every exercise. Do 3 to 4 series of 10 to 12 reps, and exercise each muscle until exhaustion. That will stimulate them to grow. If you are in a gym, they can give you a good program.

You'd have to be lucky like me (meaning if you don't have muscle already biking won't help) and ride for hours on end to build muscle from biking.
Lift weights, heavy weights, that's the only way to do it especially if you have trouble getting muscles in the first place.

Squats will keep you fit and give you that nice butt and thighs.You can't gain muscle weight from biking and running. Start lifting weights.
