Hi there. Your goal shouldn't be about losing weight quickly. It should be about making healthy and consistent changes in your diet and lifestyle. You're young so you have time on your side. The better decisions you make on your diet now will hopefully affect the way your diet looks in the future. Learning to make time to cook healthy meals and eating good foods is better than going on a water and lettuce diet for 2 months, losing weight then going back to unhealthy foods/lifestyle. Make changes for the long run, they don't have to be quick :D

Your body uses about 2000 calories a day and one pound of fat is 3600 calories so if you ate nothing and ran a few hours a day, theoretically you could lose a pound of fat a day.
Or you can just accept that it takes time and you can't lose it fast.
High intensity sprinting well help you lose weight, but you don't want to lose it to fast, because it will scar your body._.
Go to: blogilates. com. Find the beginners workout calendar. She has healthy recipes etc... Good luck.

Maybe reconsider what you're eating and try to get more exercise. I think once you've identify the reason for the weight gain you can make progress.
Exercise and count your calories. Two pounds a week is about the safe maximum, and that requires serious effort,
Lol sure you could try to lose it fast but two months ago you'll be back here asking girls why did I gained weight so fast?
Throwing up always works
Go running.
