Don't eat salt. Eat proteins, vegetables and natural fibres, drink water, avoid sugar. Food that helps: bananas, avocados, tomatoes, apples, dried fruits, meat, fish, chicken, cocoa, eggs, almonds, nuts, salmon, sardines, strawberries, berries, currants. You can get some vitamines or supplements: Calium, B6, bitamine E, bioflavonoids. It's better to ask your dietologist first about those, to tell you how much you need.

Most fruits and veggies are loaded with potassium, but some are extra packed: bananas, mangos, melons, papayas, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes and nuts. OJ is another great source – but watch out.
Sounds like you may have developed an allergy to certain foods. Most common is wheat gluten found in bread, but can be found in any food containing wheat flour. Try cutting out bread for 2-3 weeks to see if it helps. Try cutting out other foods one at a time. The medical name for wheat gluten intolerance is coeliac.

All the things people said above, but also make sure everything you eat is freshly cooked. Defrosted food can make you bloat, it's been scientifically proven. Whenever I bloat, it's only because I've eaten something that wasn't freshly made.
You'll just have to wait it out honestly. I've become a vegan and I bloat less, but I don't think you want to do all that
there are pills to prevent bloating.
