Well when you start eating again after an eating disorder your stomach gets bloated for about a month and it's really making me sick.. I'm losing weight, but my stomach is fucking bloated and ugly and it's going to trigger me I don't know what to do

Don't eat salt. Eat proteins, vegetables and natural fibres, drink water, avoid sugar. Food that helps: bananas, avocados, tomatoes, apples, dried fruits, meat, fish, chicken, cocoa, eggs, almonds, nuts, salmon, sardines, strawberries, berries, currants. You can get some vitamines or supplements: Calium, B6, bitamine E, bioflavonoids. It's better to ask your dietologist first about those, to tell you how much you need.

Sounds like you may have developed an allergy to certain foods. Most common is wheat gluten found in bread, but can be found in any food containing wheat flour. Try cutting out bread for 2-3 weeks to see if it helps. Try cutting out other foods one at a time. The medical name for wheat gluten intolerance is coeliac.

Don't go for pills. You may be attempting to mask over something that needs different treatment. I know this from someone very close to me!!

All the things people said above, but also make sure everything you eat is freshly cooked. Defrosted food can make you bloat, it's been scientifically proven. Whenever I bloat, it's only because I've eaten something that wasn't freshly made.

You'll just have to wait it out honestly. I've become a vegan and I bloat less, but I don't think you want to do all that

I don't know.. they are sold over the counter. Ask the pharmacist? It's just herbs basically.
