I work out at least 4 times a week, and I have a rule that I'm not allowed going more than two days without working out. I usually jog for however long I feel like jogging and then do weight training. I also do yoga once or twice a week, and I stretch after every workout. I'm pretty relaxed about the whole working out thing, as long as I get my heart rate up, I'm happy. I go hiking, I go to sky zone, I go rock climbing, anything.
I eat a vegan diet, avoiding meat, dairy, and eggs. I tend to eat very low fat, but I'm not very strict on that. Breakfast is always a giant fruit smoothie, lunch is also a smoothie with veggies in it as well, and supper is just some cooked vegan meal. Some days I just live on smoothies because I love them so much lol.

The key to any successful is this:
First, eat healthy but don't deprive yourself. Don't cut everything with carbs or sugar for instance. Choose low carb and sugar. If you starve yourself you will feel deprived and at some point you will eat crazily.
Second, make it s lifestyle, not a temporary diet. For me, I never put sugar in coffee or tea as a habit. I never drink soda or supermarket juice because I see them all as sugar in cups.
As for exercise, make it as a habit. Gradually increase it. Like walking 30 min a day is a good start. But it depends on your weight.
Check out Jamie Easton's programs on Bodybuilding. com she's the best in my opinion.
But go for these things:
- HIIT Cardio is the best for losing fat
- Limit your carbs, especially the white-refined carbs like white pasta, white breads, pizza.
- Limit your sweetners, sugars. Including soda AND diet soda.
Lift heavy, get your rest, eat right. Good luck!
well lift weights, standard cardio and HIIT.
lets just say I eat clean and the foods I avoid are basically all processed foods.
I wanted to keep that really short lol.

1. Cardio 2x a week
2. Avoid greasy food (french fries/potato chips), sweets, & soda.
3. Drink a lot of water & veggie/fruit drinks. Homemade carrot/green apples/spinach juice & strawberry/cucumber juice are some of my fav.
4. Do 100 situps every other day.
5. snack on baby carrots instead of chocolate or potatao chips.
I kid u not, for a period of time I was abiding by these rules & not only was guys complimenting my body, girls were asking me if I was wearing makeup because my skin was glowing! I thought it was weird AF but flattering lol So I hope these works for u too! Good luck! :DDiet: Not much here. Just eat whenever I'm hungry. Cut back on processed foods whenever possible. Drink enough water to stay hydrated.
Fitness: I do the workouts with Fitnessblender on Youtube 3-4x/week, walk, and sometimes go dancing.
For working out, I suggest you get into it slowly. When I started out, I would just walk for half an hour every other day. Then I decided to do some low impact workouts on those same days, increasing the intensity as I got better.Diet: nonexistent so can't help you there.
As for working out, though, I love to just stay active. Cycling, swimming, hiking, walking, tumbling, all different ways that I stay active. It doesn't feel like exercise and keeps me entertained which is why I love it so much.
I've tried getting into gym mode and even stuck with the gym for a few weeks but I prefer to just stick with what I'm doing, which is keeping my butt outside.Diet: Only water to drink and keep sugar to under 10g a day.
Workout: The normal in house pushups, pullups, crunches, and planks. Plus boxing and archery.I do pilates at least 3×a week then wen im dun i drink chocolate milk:) oh and planks i do a lot of planks

I sport 4-5 times a week, mix of climbing, gym and running. I eat mainly (not 100%) vegetarian, lots of vegetables and fruit, healthy carbs (brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta). Lots of unsugared liquids.
Jogging proper diet and cardio will help you and always keep your body hydrated by drinking lots of water :)
