All My pills fall on the ground ist safe to eat it or no?

I maybe over think it but my pills fall on spot which is coverd with little dirt and I think there was ants also in that spot. now ist safe to use my pills or I must buy new one?

The meds are inside the plastic case that hold it together. It should be fine. Just clean it up.

How many did fall? If its a dirt like dust, i dont think it'll be harmful. You can wipe your pills.

Wiping is OK, washing might remove the coating (if any) or the filler used to keep the shemicals together.
