as it will lead to serious disaster to your health, you will loose your appetite and damage your immune system.
You are going to get seriously ill.
1200 calorie, are you serious?
You need minimum of 2000-2200 calorie and choosing that calorie from available food will result wonders.
Mix of Protein, Carbs, Fibre, Fat and Multivitamins.
An hr of running that too empty stomach, you are going to fant on day one.
Girl my advise would be go and consult any Doc or Dietician near you , he will make the best food plan for you.
Don't just do any of these idiotic acts please.
i have been in fittness industry almost around the age of that kid.
If you can't consult any Doc or Dietician, message me i will make it for you but it will take time as it's time consuming and have to consider lots of factors.

The only program I know of that can do that is the Ironman training program.

IT's a VERY VERY VERRRY tough program , takes great amount of both physical and mental strength. 15lbs... you are gonna need it.
Empty stomach running. Run for at least an hour at least every other day after not eating for two hours and then another 45 mins after that. Also, eat super clean. No processed food, lots of veggies, no more than 1,200 calories a day at most

How much control do you have over food versus eating whatever your parents prepare?
I heard something about a juice fast, where they mostly drink low calorie vegetable juice but I don't know how healthy it is.
