Not in thirty days. You'd need to have a high protein diet, lose weight, use weights and work out a lot longer than that. You can't get results fast, looking fit and getting healthy is a long process and a lifestyle choice, not a thirty day quick fix.

Yeah you will but no amazing results and it will work a lot better wit weights and over a longer period of time!
Noticeable? Possibly. Takes as much diet as it does exercise though. you'd also want to be increasing the difficulty. And anyways <3 weighted squats. They hurt so good.
High repetition work does not stimulate hypertrophy. You have to follow progressive loading. And you have to eat at a calorie surplus.

Probably not but you should lose a little weight depending on your diet.
Probably not significantly, but the big butt fad is stupid and will fade eventually anyway.
