I know squats are good but I want to know if cardio is good for smaller thighs. Also sits up crutches what else can I do to get a flat tummy?
russian twist is gold for your tummy and waist tbh I do only that one, my tummy is way more toned and my waist has become smaller since I started doing it as well (I do about 50-60 every night before I go to sleep)

For your butt do squats, lunges, and cable glute kicks
For your tummy, cardio, captains chair leg raises, and Swiss ball sit ups
sit ups and crunches won't get you a flat stomach, neither will exercising, go on a diet to lose weight
