I need to drop down to 105-120 acording to what my doctor said 2-3 weeks ago and I've been trying but staying motivated is hard. Good news is I lost 5 lbs., bad news is I gained back 3 and it sure ain't muscle. I'm 154.9 cm/5'1" and I need to go from 127 to 105-120 using healthy methods to help lower my cholesterol and not be close to over weight for my height. Over weight is 132/133 lbs. for my height. How can people stay motivated for this mess when the food is just as gross as the sweating? I've tried fruits, veggies, nuts in many different forms to see what tastes good and it just does nothing for me. It's hard to want to eat healthy when this mess tastes like grass juice. ;A;
