Squat sprain pain?

Okay so I was doing weighted squats ( just 2 kg either side, I'm totally fine with this weight) and I think my leg position was off or something but after the rep was over I had this numb kinda pain down my left leg, from the glutes down to the knee. It's been a couple of days and I've kept off doing my normal routine because whenever I walk on the left leg or put too much weight on it, it really hurts. I thought it was a sprain or something but I thought it would fade away after a while, it only feels like it's getting worse.

What should I do? I really want to get back on my fitness regime.
