Fruit and nuts is healthy. Instead of allowing yourself to continually dig out of the entire bag... make yourself a platter - measure out how much you are alliwed to eat. Then add carrot sticks and celery sticks to your platter - they have the lovely crunch without the calories and the fruit and nut will give you the taste you crave.
Dried fruit and nuts is pretty healthy. Raw almonds are actually great for curving hunger.
When I want a light snack I have a cup of fat free milk and a variety of chopped up fruit or vegetables though, sometimes with hummus. Cottage cheese is good too.
Depends on the type of diet you are trying to follow. Low carb diet is good for these circumstances.
Talk to a friend to help you go in the right direction. Sometimes words of encuragement works.

diets suck. moderation is the key. if you are freaking out about every single thing you eat you are not going to suceed. or maybe you will but you will take back two times more weight than what you lost. you need to take it one day at a time and not CRAVING. try to eat a little bit every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism high, because cravings make it go really slow and he stores fat immediatly.

Eat carrots. They taste well and fill your stomach and are low calory.
If you like grapefruits they are very healthy and filling. They also help you lose weight.
nuts, beef jerky, rice cakes, sparking water with natural flavors, popcorn with no butter
If you brush your teeth i heard it makes you not want to eat
lettuce. it's mostly water anyways.
Try eating low calorie snacks.
Chew gum!!!
Snack on some fruit!
