I worked out also. But should I go for a walk to burn it off? I also had a bit too many craisins and a mini reeses! I ate so good all day ugh. Now I have guilty feelings.
The damage is already done, so all you can do is focus on make the right decision moving forward. I'm not familiar with whatever diet regiment you're undergoing, but sneaking a cupcake and a mini reeses is not going to hurt you unless you're relying on ketosis.
Going for a walk will certainly help. You won't feel so guilty afterwards.
