How to rid myself if acne?

So I've had acne all my life.. Don't know why, I wash my face regularly, don't wear much makeup, but it is still there. Has anyone found a creme or method if acne treatment that works?

Epiduo which has to be prescribed worked wonders for me, and I was about 23 and had tried everything else. I would also look into acne mapping, which by where you break out tells you what could be the problem. For instance if it is around your mouth, that tends to be a sign you are not eating enough fiber.
My other suggestion is look into the make up you wear, for years I wore drug store brands and my face was awful. I switched to Clinique acne solutions and my face cleared up just about over night, turns out I'm allergic to additives like fragrances that is in the drug store make ups.
The other thing I would suggest is pay attention to what you eat. You can have an allergy that causes acne. I am allergic to food dyes, when I eat them my face explodes with acne in less than an hour. Pine trees do the same thing, something else I'm allergic to.

Clean your skin regularly. Talk to a pharmacist, they usually know what pastes you can rub on your skin.

You are a teenager, though, it's normal for you to have acne. Also make sure you spend some time in direct sunlight. The sun will keep your skin "healthy" so to speak.

use Clearasil. it won't get rid of zits but it will prevent new ones and really does work if you use it every day.
It will dry your skin out though so use some lotion too.
