Depending on what fiber you take it could make it bigger. Psyllium husk fiber is a bulk forming fiber, which is kind of self explanatory, it absorbs water and "bulks up". Other stuff like that clear metamucil will just loosen it a little and make you not have to strain as much when shitting. You should take a bulk forming once in a while though to clean the walls of your intestines.

Fiber is actually going to make your stool bigger. The body can't digest insoluble fiber, which is why it "helps" to push stuff through.
Fiber helps making poop easier lol but drinking plenty of water is more important.
