What do you think about my life?

Hi everybody ,
I went to psychologist because I was in depresyon and I didn't love doing anything.
We talked about my life and feels for two months , after that said me , she sent me psychiatry.
Psychiatry gived me medication I used the medication. When ı used , I wass happier and relax but the medication affected my life. Because When ı wanted to focus ı could not focus and When ı has sex with my girlfriend , I could not ejaculate normall time. I don't know how ı can change my life again.
Can you help me?

I don't think there is anything we can do to help you. Personally I think you should continue seeing your psychiatrist and go over your hopes, dreams, present and future goals. No matter how mundane or ridiculous you think they might be you should go over them. Also set up a "Goal Plan" with the psychiatrist. Basically what ever you tell the psychiatrist you are going to do they will go over the goal the next time you meet up to make sure you did it.
I was super depressed last year and was about to drop out of school. Basically I was having a quarter life crisis and wanted a career change. I went to the school psychiatrist and talked about why I was feeling this way and what I wanted to do about. Also what I was currently doing on a daily and weekly basis. She then set up a goal plan where whatever I talked about doing she would go over it again next session to make sure I did it. This helped in me actually moving forward instead of staying in my funk.

tell the doctor who prescribed the medicine about the sexual problems... they might have some alternate doses or medications that work with less of a negative side effect.

Later When ı went doctor , I talked prescribed the medicine about the sexual problems... said me you should continue to use medication for two months. If does not change anything , I will give other medication for you.

I tried do different things , I spent time with my friends , talked and I had new hobby , everything is same I feel.
