I have to say, from experience even, one day of screwing up isn't going to pack on any significant pounds. 3500 calories is the equivalent of one US pound. I hardly doubt you're sitting down to over 3500 calories MORE than you need, or even less likely, more than that. But obviously, if this happens more than you stick to your diet, it becomes an issue. One thing that helped me out with this kind of thing was to set aside a certain amount of cheat meals. I had at least one meal a month, sometimes two, where I just ate what I wanted and didn't worry about calories consumed(till afterwards just so I knew, I didn't try to make up for extra) This takes some of the edge off, and allows you to have what you want now and then so it doesn't seem as much like a burden to stick with things. And even for someone like me who ate a bunch, even when I wasn't hungry, I never really gorged myself on food, If I felt uncomfortably full I'd stop. So drinking lots of water, and high fiber foods really does help in that regard, if you're that type. Believe me when I say I love food just as much, if not more than you. Use that! Consider this, once you lose the weight you need to, you can have pretty much anything you want, as long as you're willing to exercise the excess calories off, and doing that to keep off gain is much easier and less taxing on the mental state that is involved as well, than having to watch what you eat plus do all sorts of exercise while you're losing it. Focusing on the positives and the reasons you want to change, helped me bunches. And I lost 102 pounds in 7 months with diet and exercise. If I can do it(which I never thought I would or could) You can as well.

Increase how much you are working out but make sure you are staying within a healthy range of both. Too much of an extreme on either side will cause sever health issues.
Alternatively, make a dedication to eat only what is a healthy ammount and nutricious for your work out. Eat the ammount of food required with a good flavor and force yourself to wait to eat more after your aloted ammount. Alternatively, you could hire someone to help you monitor yourself- but having people tell you no or acting like your parents would drive you crazy after a while.

I Have started drinking more green tea than usual and taking fiber supplements and enzymes to help lose the fat. I exercise when I can and it seems to be helping so try those
