I am currently fighting hard to knock a few kilos off my fat ass... Progress is slow and some days I feel like giving up totally and returning back to my lazy-slob days. But what helps me get motivated is getting off social networks and listening to good music. And the best catalyst for weight loss is a super positive attitude. Never allow yourself to be alone or melancholy. Surround yourself with people who love you. Go to bed early, wake up early- Literally jump out of bed. Switch to oatmeal for breakfast. Snack on nutribars. Most people in the world can have toned healthy bodies and look good. You can too.

I was fat too... and lost some weight because I have been told by the doctor that it would have fixed my little issue of lbl. Being fat is one of the cause of light bladder leakage, haven't you ever suffered from it?
Well getting slim now has almost fix it, I Don really know why, but it is a lot better now... so I guess you should try harder to lose weight again...
