I love running. I have an elliptical and I run on it non-stop for 30-40 minutes with a couple 5 minute high intensity intervals (a day). I find that it makes me feel extremely happy when I'm done and I love being all sweaty after a good workout. Pilates was my second choice, I enjoy that as well. My least favourite thing on the poll would have to be burpees and squats. Man I hate those! Lol
Running squats and weight lifting are my daily exercise. Any butt building workouts are my favorite though!
High Intensity Interval Training fucking kicks my ass. Interval cardio in general feels absolutely great.
My favorite lift is the Bench Press. It feels really manly to me. I never was much of a squatter. Heavy-resistance cardio gave me some pretty nice leg-development nonetheless.

It takes a lot of grip strength, core stability, and really challenges you
I like burpees and running, generally. It makes me feel like I'm actually doing something.
I love bicep curls single arm, isolation curl. That crazy burn makes me feel super sexy lol even if it is only in the arms.

I like gladiator cages and fighting lions. It's a great way to stay in shape.
