No. Spot reduction is a myth. Genetics largely determine where you will lose weight first. If you want to lose fat in your arms and belly you gotta bring your weight down. Maybe you'll get lucky and those places get slimmer before your butt or thighs do.

Cardio to lose fat everywhere. You can't isolate the area you want to lose fat. You can only burn fat and hope it burns where you want it to. Lifting weights is only going to make you gain muscle mass.
You don't loose fat by lifting, you get muscle. To burn fat, you need low intensity cardio.

Yea you can, do pull ups and it should burn it off and as well as any cardio. You just have to keep on doing it give it about a month or 2 weeks to see results.
lift light weight try 3 poundweights and use toning technics rather than power lifts
cardio. the body burn fat all over the places. but burn more on the critic zones but u have too eat well and work your ass xD
