I tried in the past lifting weights but I only grew bigger and didn't lose any fat in my arms, only in my belly and legs and I used to eat healthy those days. Then I gained weight, and now I'm trying to losing it and I have, but it's very hard for me to lose fat in my arms. I'm not eating sugars or bread and I'm trying to eat as healthy and clean as possible. But what exercices could help?
