Anxiety is all in your head. It is what YOU have "created" and only YOU can end it. Once you understand that, you can over come it.
In order to over come your fear, you must face it, study it (understand why you are scared) and then get over it.

Another key to over coming anxiety is talking about it. Often people dont TRULY understand what they are afraid of and so by talking about they realize how sily it is. Explain it to someone who is interested and does not know a thing about. Young children are great for this. They are so open and often bring light into the dark.
It also Important not to set yourself under pressure. Do not panick if school starts in 2 days (for example). Take it day by day and do it for YOURSELF. Think about why YOU WILL over come this fear,

I had awful anxiety last year. It was so bad that I couldn't leave my house and when I got accepted to college I had no idea what to do. First, identify what causes your anxiety. Is it being in the large group of people and not knowing anyone? Is it anxiety about the material? One thing that helped me was finding a safe seat in class where I could exit easily. If it was a small room I chose a seat in the back near the door or if it was an auditorium i chose a seat at the end of the aisle. You CAN do this!

By getting professional help. talking to a therapist about your fears can help. Also anxiety is a brain chemistry issue like most mental illnesses so you can get medications. But there are other natural things you can do to calm your anxiety like practicing meditation , it helps people be more comfortable with being alone with themselves.
Talk to a professional; you may have a disorder. In which case therapy and meds will be your best friends. Therapy can also teach you coping strategies to deal with the attacks and lessen their frequency.
I have anxiety to so I know what your going through. Talk to someone that's what I did. Even though I still have anxiety problems it helps.
Pray, take some deep breaths, do an activity that is relaxing and fun
