Tips on what to do at the gym?

Hey, I need help exercising. I recently bought a gym membership to get off my ass and gain muscle. I mean, I'm not fat or overweight, actually think I'm underweight, but I want more muscle as I'm basically a twig. Sorta. I have huge legs though cause of track and cross country. Otherwise, I'm pretty weak and would love some advice. So about my body in general:

I weight 114lbs right now (checked today). I have only gone over 120 TWICE in my life. My sophomore year after being lazy all of freshman year and my junior yr when I needed to be 120lbs for basic training. But I lost the weight both times in under a week. I'm usually between 112-118lbs at all times. I'm 18 also. I don't eat lots of meat, but I murder seafood and vegatables. I love me some crab and collard greens, but hand me some steak? Eh. I treat greens like most people treat prime ribs. I also have a high metabolism, always have really, and am almost always eating food. I'm trying to quit smoking, I drink coffee daily usually, and I also have issues with eating lots of meat and protein at once anyway. I also donate blood, if thats even relevant.

So I go to the gym daily, but don't work hard daily. I do every other day, to give my body a rest in between. When I do actually work out, I run either a mile, if I'm working on legs less, or a half mile, if I'm focusing on legs more, to start. I can run a mile, at speed setting of 7.5, in about 7.5mins, my best time being 7:38. I can only bench 70lbs, I can squat 145-150lbs, I can only do about 10-15 pushups at a time, 50 or so situps, and with dumbbells I can only go up to 20lbs and actually get work done. I usually do 3 reps of 8 at each different station, to give the different muscle groups a rest, and rest for only 30secs to a min in between.

So thats all I think is helpful or relevant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
