Is peanut butter and honey on fiber bread healthy when trying to lose weight?

I've been trying to lose weight and I've heard peanut butter is healthy when doing that? I just wanted to make sure it is not a myth. I've been eating peanut butter and honey on fiber bread every morning for breakfast and I didn't know if that prevented losing weight?
It helps lose weight.
