Peanut butter had a lot of fat and calories in it. Try PB2 it is a powdered peanut butter you add water to. You can get it at health food/vitamin stores, I've even found it at some Wal-Mart's right with the other peanut butter. It has a lot of the fat an oil squeezed out of it which makes it significantly better wheb you're trying to loose weight.
I've tried other powdered peanut butters: they're gross. PB2 however actually taste like peanut butter.
As for fiber bread: do you you mean low calorie; low carb, high fiber bread? Otherwise I'd watch the intake. Carbs are evil man. Try putting it on something like an apple cut in half and cored.

Peanut butter is high in fat etc not unhealthy fat but it won't work for u trying to lose weight lost people would use it if they were gaining weight
that depends entirely on whether you are using natural organic peanut butter or not.

I had a old family doctor told me Honey and Peanut butter was
better for you than Jelly and Peanut butter but all foods carry calories..Sounds like something that wouldn't help at all, it is almost just pure sugar, lol.
It0s good in theory but both of those things are very fattening.
peanut butter mostly might b fattenin, but u can make up for it by usin whole wheat bread i guess
