I am having severe stomach pain, what can I do?

I am having really bad stomach pains and i feel like i am going to throw up, i woke up because of the pain at 5 am and now it's 10 am and the pain is still the same. i have acid reflux but i know it's not it because it's a different feeling. Can this be because i am stressed? What can i do to ease the pain? I can't take any medication for now because i'm fasting.

lol, kidding! it sounds like your stomach is being your worst enemy right now. you can try natural remedies like peppermint tea. i been trying myself and it helps a lot with stomach problems such as relieving excessive stomach gasses, heartburn, nausea, etc

and some of the stomach juices can be due to empty stomach..

Maybe it's because you're fasting have you done it before? If you have then it's probably something else and it might be best to just eat a little something so your stomach feels better.

Yeah i have done it for years now, i went to the doctor and it turned out to be food poisoning, so i should get bettrr soon. Thank you so much anyway 😊

We do different fasts. We already fasted my church does it in the beginning of the year. We have different types of them but since you need so much vitamins and things being under 18 they just tell us to give something up. We normally give something up that is keeping us from spending time with God. I gave up meat this year and I might do a juice fast next year.

Don't fast, at least, for today. Go get a doctor checkup. Acid reflux is bad. If it's just normal stomach ache I use a heating pad, it'd ease the pain.

Ramadan right? That's silly if your ill diabetic or anything you are exempt from fasting. What are you going to die for your religion that's crazy take something or go hospital could be food poisoning

Well, when I was younger and my stomach used to hurt during Ramadan, my dad used to make me put on my stomach a plastic bottle filled with hot water. And it always worked! That, since u can't drink anything hot since ur fasting.
