That's dependant on how hard you are willing to work and so far I've only done 30 min arc exercise/treadmill and some weight lifting for just 15 min
I just started doing a crossfit class 2-3 days a week along with working up to running a full mile. I can run about half so I alternate jogging and walking to complete the mile. This is my first week.
I haven't really changed my diet though, but if you want the best results you need a proper diet. I also have hypothyroidism so it makes it harder for me to lose weight
Just start slow and build up from there. Do not push yourself too hard, just maintain a inclined pace
