Don't be hasty. Loosing weight in a controlled and healthy weight takes time. Important is that you do low intensity cardio for more than 1/2 h to activate the fat burning system (usually takes some 20 min). Walking and jogging is fine for that, also biking and swimming. You cut unhealthy carbs, thats good, but see that your daily intake of carbs is below of what your body needs. You will certainly start seeing clear results after 2 weeks (don't get puzzled by the daily weight variation), but check e. g. each month or every two weeks. Its the average that counts.

You should not just cut out White bread but all bread. A carb is a carb. Read this article and go read Shin's website. He is trying to sell a book (which I didn't buy), but the overall info on his site will show you why you aren't seeing any differences yet. Change to his diet suggestions and change your exercise routine and you will see a rapid difference. It will still take a long time to get rid of that much excess weight.

You'll see results in a weekly basis. I tend to lose about 2.5 lbs a week, but it really depends too.
It depends on your metabolism, a mile is not a lot but the diet is good. It will be a while before you see huge results but stick with it, you'll be happy you did. Try adding some weight training and try running your mile faster and adding in some more distance.
hope you are cutting calories too. But water weight drops in the first 2 days if you stop eating carbs.
