My problem is my family eats out so much in the summer months that I gain back the weight after I lose it, I probably lost and gained 30 or 40 pounds this year, gaining 2 pounds, losing 2, gaining 3, losing 3, etc…
It really depends on how committed you are I mean if you can take a half an hour out of each and every day and walk 30 minutes at a fast pace in 30 days you will see a whole different person but you have to be committed you have to be committed with your sugar drinks and the intake of sugars and salts water is the best to put into your body I mean all foods are good you just have to eat the right amount and you can eat even eat a little bit more if you want to but you have to work it off once you get that body metabolism rolling I mean when you're sleeping you're losing weight if you can keep it going but you have to be committed
