I gained around 4 pounds from my last party and now its been 3.5 days and I've lost 3 pounds. Will probably lose more weight cause my lunch and dinner will be low calorie today.

You don't gain 4lbs in weight in a single party. It takes about 3500 calories to gain one pound and that's 14k calories which probably need you to eat at least 3-4 days worth of food. A fat beefy burger is about 1000 calories, only 50-70% will be saved if you are consuming in excess. So you need to eat 7 burgers to gain 1 pound.
You also don't lose 3500 calories a day unless you are carrying 100lbs of equipment and march 10 miles. Most people lose 2000-ish if they don't eat anything (drink water only).
