It would take a little while at first. Throwing up your meals causes your body to go into starvation mode. This means that because your body isn't getting many nutrients because you aren't allowing your stomach to absorb what it can from the food you eat and then throw up, your body refuses to let go of the weight and fat you have, and stores what it can, believing it won't be able to obtain any proper nutrients for a while. This starvation mode puts everything on halt, and whatever sugars and nutrients you do have in your body are absorbed into fat cells to be stored for later use. Think of it like this. Bears eat and eat and eat until they're nice and fat for the winter, then they hibernate. Their body's go into starvation mode, store everything they can as fat, and as the winter goes on, the fat stores are slowly depleated so that the bear can survive the hibernation.
Well, the same would happen to you. If you stopped eating regular meals, your body would store whatever it could, making you probably gain a few pounds at first, and then, as it tries to make up for the nutrients you're denying it, it will release fat cells to keep itself alive until the fat reserves are depleted. Usually, by then you'd be very sick and would likely die, literally, of starvation.
How long it takes for this "weight loss" to happen is dependent on the individual, but it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, maybe even months if you are large enough.

Change your eating habits.
Ex.
1) Cut down the amount of food into smaller healthier portions.
2) Substitute unhealthy foods for healthier ones.
Instead of drinking soda---drink water.
Instead of eating white rice---eat brown rice.
Instead of eating white bread---eat wheat bread.
Instead of snacking on sweets---have fruits of vegetables.
etc.
3) Do a lot of cardio exercises.
4) If you walk to school or work take the longer route.
5) Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs.
There's simple every day things you can do which will impact your health.

Sure you'll loose weight, just like a victim of a famine because what you're doing is starving yourself and using up energy by chewing, swallowing and the throwing up mass. Just eat right and exercise any other weight loss techniques are lazy.

No, you will not. Ant trust me, I suffered from Bulimia for years, so while I was in treatment I met LOTS of other people with the same thing, and it was always the same story (same as mine). You say you will only do it after lunch (your example). And then you'll only do it after just for like a week. Then when you realize that that's not working, you'll start to do it after dinner too. Then before you know it, you won't be able to eat ANYTHING at all without having to throw up afterwards. You will start to lose your hair, your nails will become extremely weak and brittle, your skin will become dry and get a weird yellowish tint to it, and you will probably die if you do it for long enough. And trust me, once you start, you will not stop unless forced to get help. I was forced into treatment because I was ending up in the hospital a few times a week and my doctor told me that my heart rate was so slow even while awake, that it would just stop at any moment in my sleep and I would just never wake up.
I know you think you'll have control of it but trust me, it will take control of you and ruin your life. I would give anything to go back to that first time and never start i in the first place. If you feel like you want to lose weight, just try exercising. A simple Google search will show you that Bulimia doesn't make you lose weight because you can never throw up absolutely everything. And since eventually you will just start eating everything because you know you can just throw it up, then you actually end up gaining weight. I really hope you don't start to do this. I would hate to see another life ruined by this shit illness. I've seen that happen way to many times already. Take care dear.By doing that, you are damaging your teeth as well as your esophagus. Trust me, as someone who experienced both, you do not want a chronically inflamed esophagus or discolored/demineralized teeth. For the sake of your health, please don't do this. If you're so keen on losing weight, eat no less than 1200-1600 calories a day and do moderate exercise. It will give you results without causing damage to your insides. Better yet, speak to a professional about the possibility of having an eating disorder. Don't let this take over your life.
I would not suggest throwing up your food as a method to lose weight. It can actually cause you to gain weight. Throwing up your food can lead to tooth decay, mouth sores, acid reflux, ulcers, and cause your stomach or esophagus to rupture.
If your goal is to loose weight the best way is through eating healthy and exercise. It sounds cliche I know but it's going to be far more effective than regurgitating your food. I'm sure you are beautiful the way you are :)Take it from someone who has suffered from bulimia for 3 years, it doesn't help that much and it does more damage than good. It screws up your digestive system and it can actually make you gain weight because your body will hold onto the good that remains and store is as fat. Please please PLEASE don't do it

Plus, all the throwing up starts making you permanently stink of vomit and your teeth are disgusting like the acid from the vomit damages them and they start to fall out and get a really bad color. Your hair starts to shed and look limp because of lack of nutrients and your skin will look gross.No, it's very dangerous. It can cause damage to your esophagus, teeth, and even make your cheeks look puffy. And no, you do not lose weight. Please don't do it!! Just healthy and exercise if you want o lose weight.
