People lose weight differently. Your genetics and metabolism play a big part in how fast, and where u lose weight. Keep doing what you're doing and stay consistent. Cut out carbs as much as possible and foods high in fats/sugars. You're also going to gain muscle even though you're losing fat. Which is good. Talk to your doctor before in case u have any special dietary needs. Not every diet works for everyone, that's why there's a million different types out there.
Diet comes first you may not even lose weight from exercise alone depending on your diet. Cut out some carbs and work out to lose weight. Going with a healthy diet and working out is garenteed results in weight loss but will take sacrificing foods you love. If you can handle only eating your favorite foods for special occasions then you will live healthier. If your only worried about weight loss lower carbs and fewer calories with workout will work as well.
Excercise is great but you also need to pair that with a healthy diet that's the most important thing. Try looking at some clean eating recipes to start eating healthier.
1-2 weeks. If you also eat healthy. I once lost 14kgs in only 2months.
