Recommended workouts and diets?

So as per usual summer is approaching and i want to slim down a bit
I want to lose 3 stone or about 3 stone quite quickly
I used to go gym and running and stuff like that but i stopped for a year so evidently built to weight back up but need to lose it ASAP
What types of foods, drinks and excersize should i do and avoid?
