When I eat I eat quick and i try to slow down drink some water. When i look in the mirror i realized my stomach looks much puffier. I used to go to the gym 4 times a week and do lots of cardio but i stopped. Is eating quick and stuffing myself until I'm full damaging me? Will running help me get rid of my bulge?
Drinking anything while eating causes belly fat. Drink water only before and after. Chew food well so it doesn't take much time in your stomach. When you swallow big pieces of food it takes longer time in your stomach which also causes belly fat.

Wheat and sugar causes bloated belly. I got off wheat about 6 months ago and my teddy-bear gut disappeared in a month. I lost 20 pounds without even trying. Just got off the wheat! That was 20 pounds of water locked in my tissues as inflammation!
