Personally I often do, and it's a horrible habit. In fact I'm overthinking something right now :/ (not saying what though)

In the past, I am. But know I know I must accept the reality and put confident in myself. I don't want to miss the happiness for seeing the bright sunshines everyday because of fearing of anything might go wrong in the future or can't fulfilled any perfection. What important is my achieving my dream with passion right now. Time is greater than money. Make every day filled with positive thoughts. Don't waste it because time never goes back.
I always do. It's annoying. I worry about things that I have no good reason to worry about. I back out of things that I really should do. I make crazy decisions and get criticized for them even though it turns out later to be right. But sometimes it's nice because it saves me from bad things.
