How to help mild acne flare ups?

I don't think it even qualifies as acne to be honest. I've never had too much of a problem with problem zits. I do make sure to wash off my makeup every night and stuff. Lately however on my cheek almost along my jawbone I've been having a few flare ups and they're mainly just annoying. Is there anything else I can do to maybe hurry the proccess of them leaving or something?

Oily food doesn't have to do anything with it.
You should drink plenty of water and most importantly don't delay defecation because constipation is the most common cause for flare ups.
I'm a doctor myself but I don't know by which brand names they sell drugs over there but buy erythromycin and hydrogen peroxide lotions.
Apply it 2-3 times a day after washing your face.

When I get flareups I wash my face with diluted tea tree oil and moisturize with lotion and aloe vera. It seems to help.

Eat healthy and don't eat greasy foods. It helped me.

Wash your pillows, diet, get enough sleep, maybe vitamin supplements, don't touch your face with your hands, that should do the trick.

You didn't make me mad, you're entitled to your opinion. But just as PippiL said I do like my piercing, trust me I get the same comment a lot in real life too. So it doesn't really phase me. I'd never take out my septum until I don't like it anymore.
