Does anyone else feel weird when you don't work out?

On days that I don't work out I feel extremely weird. Like something is missing from my day. Like I need something but can't figure it out. I rarely take days off from working out since I started my fitness journey three months ago. Even if I'm sore or sick I still have this urge to exercise. Am I addicted? Can you be addicted to fitness and weight loss?
