It's not healthy to work out day after day. If you're feeling sore, give yourself some time to rest, and occupy your self with something else. If you work out too often without giving your muscles a rest, you can irritate them and cause more harm than help. Your muscles need at least a day to regenerate and reap the effects of the workout before you get at it again. It's possible to be addicted to weight loss, but I wouldn't say this is your case. You probably just like being active, just like I can't go a day without eating some sort of fruit, or just like some people can't sleep at night with out a night light on. Just try your best to give yourself a break, and don't overexert yourself. :)

Maybe not when I don't work out, as I only do a couple of times a week due to my busy schedule, but when I have a day off and sleep in I tend to feel like shit for the rest of the day. I guess my body is just used to being active. Yes you can be addicted to exercise, but be careful, you don't want to damage your muscles.
Yes, it's easy to get addicted, especially in the beginning because it's new and exciting. The key is to find a healthy balance for your workouts. Allow yourself to have rest days, because your body needs to recover.
You are missing your endorphin high when you don't work out.

You sure can get addicted to it.
You're so set in your routine that it feels hard to take a rest from it.
You are dedicated.
That's a good thing !im energetic feel off on many levels if i dont walk ten miles or swim for a few hours or go hiking or rock climbing or acrobats etc. I've always been this way. so i just plan it into my schedule and i dont give it another thought.
I don't think I would consider it an addiction. More of a craving.
Kind of like you crave to sweat and move your body and get stronger. It can also be routine. Whenever you skip something in a daily routine then the whole day feels off.Yes. In fact, I've worked out on days when I'm supposed to have off. I know it's not the best option but since I don't do it every time, my body will forgive :D
You need to give your body at least one day rest out of a week. It needs to recuperate and heal. I love working out too and I like the sore feeling but it's not good to not let your muscles heal and let your body recharge.
sometimes yea. i have like a labour job, which is pretty tiring so i don't feel weird those days. i definitely get really happy the days i workout though!
Yea I feel like that all the time and my son don't like to give me space so I've been missing out a lot. I pay attention to the things I eat more because I haven't been working out
