How to get rid of bad breath at home fast?

So for a while now I been having bad breath I brush everyday and my teeth look incredibly white but I have bad breath I feel like I can't live my life I hide and is always worried while talking to new people please someone help get rid of this fast and easy and at home

Brush your tongue. Also, buy a bottle of oil of oregano and put a drop on your toothpaste when you brush. Bad breath is caused by bacteria, and oil of oregano is a natural bacteria killer. But ONLY a drop! If you put any more on it will taste horrific as it's too strong otherwise.

Also, dumb question, but are you flossing? If not, start. Not flossing out all the bits of food in between your teeth can smell rancid after a while, and you need to clean that out. If you are, then the tongue is the next bad place that collects bacteria. If you have plaque build up, same thing. So another dumb question, do you go for regular cleanings? If not, go, and when the plaque is removed, you don't have anything sitting on the enamel of your teeth that can cause bad breath.

The bad breath might be caused by your digestion and not by your teeth. You might have to lower your stomach acidity or balance it out. Do a study on ph balance and stomach acidity or go see your doctor.

My only advice is to keep brushing and use a mouth wash too, and during the day chew mint gum that will keep your breath fresh

Drink a lot of water and workout it may be coming from your tummy

It can come from bacteria at the back of your thongue or throat or from a malfunction of stomach or liver. Consult a doctor, he can tell you what you need to do.

Have you ever tried oil pulling? Coconut oil is naturally antibacterial and will whiten teeth.

You can get specialist mouthwash if it's really bad.

If I have bad breath after brushing I usually make my self a cup of peppermint tea ( you can have it cold or hot) and after I pop a mint in my mouth. It works great and I feel soo refreshed!

Do you have tonsils? That may be the cause if your teeth are in good condition

Yeah I still have them that might be the problem

Hydrate.
Being dehydrated is a big cause of bad breath.

Use mouthwash at least once a day too, or start flossing, you could have something stuck in your teeth.

Don't have an empty stomach, wash your tongue and try tictacs or mints.
