
Do you walk 10,000 steps a day to boost your health?

I have this app to keep track of how much I walk. Usually I walk about 5-6km a day, but these days I barely left the house because of the heat lol. I should totally walk more, it makes me feel kind of better.
I walk 10 miles a day. I don't know how many steps that is. how many feet in a mile, i forget.
Yes, almost every day and sometimes even more that that.
I walk about 15 km a day, no idea what it is in steps.

I go to the gym almost every day and run on the beach. I also work 9 hrs 5 days a week and my job requires me to go up and down stairs countless times throughout the shift.
I have no idea. I don't count my steps. O. o
But probably I absolutely do.
I try to do this. But everyday it is not simple. Usually I am around 7000 steps.
