Can you please offer me any encouragement and tips you can on getting, starting, and being motivated for the journey I need to take to lose 100 lbs?

I was in college when I tried to lose weight or rather needed to lose weight for the first time. The campus gym was literally right outside my door, and like a good gym rat, I went 5 days a week, never missing a day, 6am every morning and managed to drop 43 pounds which at the time put me below my weight cateogry for height/weight. It was really something. Now its years later, I live no where near a gym, frankly can't afford it, and outdoor temps are in the high 80s and 90s even early in the day. I tried a workout buddy, but she only wanted to talk and it soon became clear that she was an enabler. Can you please help give me any help, encouragement, motivation tips you can give me to help me get out there and lose the weight I need to. I'm tired and literally sick of being fat and having to cover up and feel depressed about myself because of it.
