Should I go to the doctors and can I fall asleep?

Hit my head against refrigerator edge fell to the floor, took a Tylenol, severe pressure on the sides of my head.

Yes go to the doctors.

I would not go to sleep until you see if you have a concussion. If you fall asleep with a concussion you can easily fall into a coma. And pressure after hitting your head (as well as falling) sounds serious enough to go get checked out if jot needing a couple x-rays.

You most definitely do not need to go to sleep. If you have a concussion and fall asleep, you could call into a coma. Go to the doctor to make sure you don't have one.

There could be all sorts of problems with hitting head like possible head trauma or concussion or what not.

Go to the doctor! Better to be safe than sorry! Especially since the pressure didn't dissappear within a couple minutes after hitting the door.

Don't sleep, go to the doctor. Do not drive, get someone else to bring you in case you feel faint or anything that could put you or others at risk behind the wheel.
