Yes. When I'm on my period I want to eat everything I can't: chocolate, ice cream, lasagna, pizza, hamburgers...
Of course, I feel bad after eating it, but at the same time it feels good.

yes my first or second day usually... just eat it but in moderation, have a treat day and be careful the rest of the week. one day won't make you pile on the pounds :)
